Peter Foulkes | Chartered Management Accountant

Peter is a chartered management accountant. He has worked for FTSE 100s, multinationals and a "Big Four" accountancy firm. He has worked in a wide range of finance areas that includes investment appraisal, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Nick Groves | National Account Manager - Security

Nick began his career with Norwich Union's investment brand (now Aviva Plc), where he was involved in Norwich Union's business change and migration processes. Using the, then newly adopted, Six Sigma Project Management system, Nick qualified to "green belt" level. With Cobia, Nick has broadened his experience of implementing and managing tax solutions for Cobia's clients. Nick is Association of Taxation Technicians qualified having studied Personal Tax, Business Tax and Accounting, Business Compliance & Practice Administration and Ethics

Dean McGarry | Business Development Manager

Dean has extensive experience delivering consultative sales in both B2B and B2C markets. He has worked for large companies such as British Telecom and Hays through to the conception and delivery of a green field start up business. Within Cobia, Dean is responsible for developing new business and advising companies with appropriate solutions.

Minesh Gandhi | Head of Marketing

After graduating with a business management degree, Minesh began his career with Blue Arrow where he was responsible for product development. Minesh now manages all the B2B & B2C marketing channels within the group from e-commerce, branding, and product development to events and CSR. Minesh is also responsible for developing strategic links with partners & associations to support their members with appropriate Tax & HR solutions.

Alan Corcoran | UK Resourcing Manager

Alan is a recruitment professional with over 20 years successful experience within the IT, commercial, industrial, driving and public and security sectors with a proven background in operations, sales and account management. Alan's experience includes working in the independent recruitment market coupled with senior management positions at Impellam, one of the top 4 largest global staffing companies. Alan is responsible for delivering Cobia's resourcing services to existing and new clients along with offering advice drawn from his varied background within the staffing and recruitment sectors.

Ben Tye | Tax Associate

Prior to joining Cobia, Ben specialised in all aspects of vehicle procurement with General Motors including contract hire, outright purchase and personal leasing. With the rapidly growing number of clients realising high levels of tax and National Insurance savings through both existing car fleets and flexible car arrangements, Ben's previous experience further enhances Cobia's ability to offer our clients unrivalled expertise across all aspects of both company cars and suitable alternatives.

Terri Darlington | Compliance Manager

Terri began her career as a legal secretary before moving into the food retail sector where she was responsible for the compliance procedures of temporary and permanent recruitment. Terri has experience of conducting compliant procedures such as the statutory requirements of payroll, the processing of CRB and immigration checks, and verifying identification and contracts. At Cobia, Terri is responsible for ensuring that clients and employees remain compliant to statutory obligations which include checking the eligibility of business mileage through administering checks such as the 24 month and 10 mile rule.

Alexandra Harding | Business Co-ordinator

After graduating in 1998, Alexandra worked in various positions within the investment banking and financial markets for 7 years. As Business Co-ordinator, Alexandra supports Cobia by producing written proposals for clients including forecasting, pricing, key analysis and compliance procedures. Alexandra also produces monthly and annual reports for clients as well as conducting market research for our Tax and HR associates.
